Methow Valley Chamber Music Festival

The Methow Valley Chamber Music Festival’s mission:  Promote the appreciation of chamber music in the Methow Valley. The Festival brings world-class professional musicians to the Methow Valley. Sharing the love of classical music with the area’s residents and visitors, the Festival supports the local economy, collaborates with other community organizations, educates our audience, and enhances the appreciation of our cultural heritage.

We do that with concerts, free community performances, lectures, open rehearsals and the personal contact that naturally occurs between the audience and artists at these events.

The annual Summer Concert Series comprises ten days of music, including four major concerts. No two are alike. Each performance features music that is familiar, mixed with a little that is new, all accentuated with the virtuosic fireworks of first-class, dazzling performances by musicians from all over the world, including the best of the Northwest. Artistic director Kevin Krentz creates musical programs that are both powerful and elegant, resonating with audience members on a very personal level.

Join us at the Methow Valley Community Center in the beautiful Methow Valley this summer for an evening rich with superb music. Concertgoers will be able to dine at one of our fine Valley restaurants. Local beer, wine, cider, and desserts will be available for purchase.
