At the PAC: The Wicks

5865073The Wicks radiate heart and soul and pour powerful vocals and infectious rhythms into the unique blend they describe as soul/folk.  Their performances include everything from folk-inspired mandolin and bottle neck guitar slides to high-energy R&B. Pauline Wick graduated from Okanogan High School.  Though their band started in the Northwest they have since relocated to Texas to advance their musical careers. Since moving to Texas Pauline and Jedidiah have been joined by Texas native John Charles Ledbetter, who adds his skillful strumming and invigorating vocals to the Wicks signature sound.

The Wicks will share the bill at the PAC with electric violinist Tim Snider from Portland, Oregon and Caio Andreatta from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Snider and Andreatta, two diverse musicians, have joined musical minds creating a new album scheduled to be released world-wide March 10, 2015.Snider and Andreatta compliment each other with their unique styles and shocking amount of musical talent and shill.  Snider’s world sojourns and musical influences together with Andreatta’s Brazilian flair will transport you from your chair into a mesmerizing musical place you’ve never experienced before.
