Not just Breathe. Not just Wayne Mendro. Not Howard Johnson on his own or a solo performance by Lynette Westendorf. Each of these musicians would be amazing all on their own. But no, the evening of April 25th the MV Inn is presenting the four of them…all together, for a super cool evening of jazz.
Lynette, Breathe and Wayne have been playing music together well over 20 years. Howard’s the newcomer–playing with the others for only 10-15 years. They play jazz of all types–Latin, swing, contemporary, originals, standards… And they take requests…so bring your mental list of your faves. They have a lot of fun and are a lot of fun to spend an evening with.
Together the 4 of them have over 200 years of experience playing all over the country, though in recent decades they’ve been fixtures of the Methovian musical scene. They also play different kinds of music (classical etc) in different venues (larger groups, solo, etc) with different folks (male, female…) The quartet is comprised of piano, guitar, bass and woodwinds.
