Trivia Night Competition

Mon, Apr 27, 5pm, 2015

Community members compete in teams of four in three rounds of written questions about a wide range of topics including literature, geography, history, math, science, art, music, pop culture and even Methow Valley history. The two highest scoring teams then have the opportunity to compete in fast-paced oral rounds – buzzers and all – against Liberty Bell’s award winning Knowledge Bowl team.

The event is hosted by Leverett Hubbard, Liberty Bell’s Knowledge Bowl coach. Awards will be given to the first, second and third place teams.

Winning Team in 2012

Trivia Night teams may represent organizations or businesses, or simply consist of folks who want a fun evening testing their mental mettle. Liberty Bell students are encouraged to form teams, and creative team names are encouraged for all entries.

All teams have four people (no swapping out / tag teaming). Space for teams is limited – so register early!

Entry fees: $120 per “regular” adult team, $80 for a School Staff team and $60 for a Liberty Bell student team. Entry fees include a pasta dinner catered by Stewart Dietz and one free beverage for each team member.

Doors open at 5 p.m. for socializing and dinner. The
competition begins at 6 p.m.

Spectators are welcome with a $20 donation at the door, which includes dinner and answer forms so spectators can play along during the competition. Drinks sold separately/cash bar.

Register online at methowvalleypsfa.org.
