Join Deirdre Luvon for this high energy dance class focusing on traditional West African dance steps. This class is open to all levels and is a great way to get your vital energy flowing.

Deirdre will lead a group warm up followed by learning and practicing simple choreography all to traditional rhythms, so be prepared to move!
