Friday Feels delivers feel good grooves, soulful vocals, and crowd favorite covers that keep audiences singing and dancing all night long. Their upbeat energy and wide ranging setlist make them the perfect soundtrack for a summer festival.

Hailing from the Methow Valley, Crunk Monks blend bluegrass roots with high energy jam band improvisation, creating a sound that's equal parts mountain music and dance party. Their infectious performances and hometown spirit make every show feel like a celebration.

MarchFourth is a larger than life spectacle that combines explosive brass, percussion, acrobatics, stilt walkers, and unforgettable costumes into one electrifying performance. Whether you sell handmade goods, artwork, clothing, jewelry, home goods, or other unique creations, we'd love to have you join us for a day of music, community, & mountain views at Loup Loup Ski Bowl.

FAQ’s for Vendor Village

When you arrive, check in at the festival entrance. We'll have your business name on our vendor list, and you'll receive two vendor wristbands before heading to your booth space.

Vendor setup is from 10:00 AM–2:30 PM.
Please make sure your booth is completely set up by 2:30 PM. -
Yes! You may drive in to unload your vehicle. Once you've unloaded, please move your vehicle to the general parking area immediately so we can keep the vendor area clear.

Vendor spaces only. Please bring everything you'll need for the day, including your tent, tables, chairs, displays, weights, payment system, and anything else that makes your booth feel like home.

No. There is no Wi-Fi or reliable cell service at the venue, so we recommend having an offline payment option available if you plan to accept credit cards.

It's a mountain venue, so expect a warm afternoon, plenty of sunshine, and a cooler evening. Dressing in layers is always a good idea.

Yes! Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the festival. We also recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.

Portable restrooms will be located near the vendor area, with additional restrooms available inside the lodge.

Festival staff and volunteers will be on site throughout the event, but vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and personal belongings.

10:00 AM – Vendor setup begins
12:30 PM – Camping check-in opens
2:30 PM – All vendors should be fully set up
3:30 PM – Festival gates open
4:30–5:30 PM – Friday Feels
6:00–7:00 PM – Crunk Monks
7:30–9:30 PM – MarchFourth
9:45 PM – Festival concludes
