Perspective is always relative. A bird’s-eye view is massively different than a bug’s-eye view. How has an extended period of isolation changed how artists view the world? Has this experience encouraged artists to look at things from new perspectives, or has it concentrated and deepened each artist’s unique vantage point? Confluence gallery has invited artists to imagine the world from the diverse perspectives of humans and other creatures at different stages of life and in a range of dimensions, from familiar surroundings to far-flung galaxies.
