“When The Confluence asked me to have a show in the Community Gallery, all I could think about was trees, naturally — with drops of blue sky, a river, a hidden lake, and all my feelings for the Methow tumble out of my paints. And the rocks. They cannot be forgotten.
We’ll see if I follow this thread as I paint, or if the winds of change blow in. Regardless, it all comes back to the beauty of nature.”
A complementary exhibit will be featured in the Community Gallery at the same time, Something In The Wind.
DATES: Sept 29-Nov 13. LOCATION/CONTACT: Confluence Gallery, 104 S Glover St., Twisp, WA. confluencegallery.org, 509-997-2787.
